Free Peter Wilson - Wrongfully Convicted
Peter Wilson was wrongfully convicted by Santa Clara County Superior Court of murder with the nefarious help of Palo Alto Police and Santa Clara County DA. We are requesting a Writ of Habeas Corpus based on new evidence.
Co-produced with San Joaquin Valley Transparency, this case is brought to light with the help of David, owner of the YouTube Channel San Joaquin Valley Transparency. Our client, Peter Wilson, was illegally searched and framed for a murder he did not commit.
Law Enforcement of Palo Alto Police Department and the Santa Clara County DA furthered their agenda by removing alibi evidence from the police file and manipulating property evidence logs. Arresting officer Michael Yore removed a blood vial from evidence and used it at the crime scene to frame him.
To further their nefarious ways, the coroner and forensic technician testified to false forensic standards as State's witnesses, erroneously presenting "facts" that were not facts. They later refuted their own testimony in this case while testifying in future cases that relied on the same medical data.
